Privacy Notice

The short version
This website is a pre-launch page. The only personal information we collect is the email address you choose to give us, and the date and time you gave it.
- We use it for one thing: to tell you when YourSongs opens, and to send your 50% off code.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
- There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- You can take yourself off the list at any time, or ask us to delete your details entirely.
Who we are
YourSongs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates yoursongs.ai (the website). In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean YourSongs LLC.
For any privacy question or request, email privacy@yoursongs.ai. We aim to reply within 30 days.
What we collect

That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, your address, your phone number or payment details, and this site has no account, no login and no profile.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is ordinary server logging, used to serve the site and to guard against abuse.
This page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser contacts a Google server, and that request reveals your IP address to Google. We receive nothing from Google and we do not use Google Analytics or any advertising tool. If you would rather avoid this, most browsers and privacy extensions can block third-party font loading.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own on this site. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. Nothing on this page follows you to other websites.
How we use it
We use your email address only to:
- let you know when YourSongs opens to the public;
- send you the 50% off code for your first song; and
- occasionally, before launch, share news about our progress.
We will not use your address for unrelated marketing, and we will not add you to any other list.
You can leave at any time, including before we have ever emailed you. Use the remove me from the list page, which takes one line and no account. Once we begin sending emails, every one of them will also carry a working unsubscribe link.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, our legal basis for this is your consent, given when you submitted the form. You may withdraw it at any time, which will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who else can see it
We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the companies that help us operate:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. If the business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of it; if that happens we will tell you here first.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our provider stores data in the United States. If you are outside the US, submitting the form means your information is transferred there. US privacy law differs from the law where you live.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until the earlier of: you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; or twenty-four months after launch if you have not engaged with any of our emails. After that we delete it. We may keep a minimal record that a particular address asked to be removed, so that we do not accidentally add it again.
Your choices and rights
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it; or
- stop emailing you, at any time, from the remove me from the list page.
Email privacy@yoursongs.ai and we will act on it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in California
In the past twelve months we have collected one category of personal information: identifiers, being your email address, together with the timestamp of your submission. We collected it from you. We use it for the purposes described above. We have not sold or shared personal information, as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone, including anyone under 16. You have the right to know, delete, correct and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area
You also have the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to receive your data in a portable form, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Age
This site is meant for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their email address, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and submissions are stored in our provider's systems with access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, and especially if it changes how we use your email address, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the page.
